Smoked Goat Cheese
Just like the Smoked Cow cheese this Smoked Goat cheese is melted and then smoked on willow wood in a smokehouse. Contrary to the Smoked Cow cheese the Smoked Goat cheese is very hard to find because it is made from Goat milk. The Smoked Goat cheese adds a unique “goaty” flavour to our smoked cheese product line.
