Old Sheep cheese
This Polder Gold Old Sheep cheese has ripened for at least 14 months. It is a firm hard cheese with calcifications throughout. You can eat this cheese with a slice of banquette or on it’s own with a good glass of red wine or red port. After many requests we decided to add this great cheese to our online assortment. You will get an appr. 1/11 (± 0.70 lbs) vacuum sealed piece.
